STEP 6 - FOLLOW UP TESTING
$90.00 per Test & $200.00 Enrollment in Program Management
I like to make an a legitimate effort to get the follow up plan from the SAP and based on their recommendations for the follow up testing, once your done with the return to duty test . FMCSA ONLY REQUIRES 6 FOLLOW UP TESTS WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR OF THE RETURN TO DUTY PROCESS.
*EACH TEST RESULT IS NOT ENTERED JUST THE DATE YOU COMPLETE STEP 6.
